Behavior Consulting
Are you worried about your dog's behavior?  Is your dog shy or fearful of new situations? Do you have problems with house training, destructive behavior or aggression?  A behavior consultation may help.

Why call a behavior consultant?
Sometimes, behavior doesn't respond to traditional training methods - sometimes, it gets worse.  When behavior escalates, it creates tension in the family and may result in a dog being relinquished to a shelter or rescue, or even euthanized.

What happens during a consultation?
When you call WiggleBums for a Behavior Consultation, we'll ask you questions about your dog's behavior. If we believe that a consultation can be of assistance, we'll send you forms specific to your dog's issue or problem, and set up a time for an initial observation.  Observations are best done in the environment where the issues are most prevalent, and generally take between 1-2 hr.

What happens then?
After the observation, we carefully review our notes, and document any additional research.  You'll receive a comprehensive report, including an in-depth analysis of your dog's behavior, as well as the goals of your dog's treatment.  During your follow-up visits, you'll receive step-by-step instructions outling all methods to be used while modifying your dog's behavior, and hands-on tutorials in order to help you work through these issues.  But, our help doesn't stop there... we'll support you as you work through the issue, for as long as your dog is with you and your family. At WiggleBums, we're committed to helping dogs and their families stay together.
